School Development Priorities

At Springside we use a creative and innovative approach to School Development. Each year we identify priorities for our whole School community to improve the outcomes for all of our learners. We evaluate the success of our previous development plan and agree priorities to take forward. All developments are in line with the National and Local context and initiatives in mind. 

To ensure our priorities are financially viable in line with meeting need, we evaluate the success of the development plan in March. As we move forward we will cater for our learners using 6 distinct pathways and  provision for our learners. We refer to the ASC and PMLD standards linked to success criteria. We use questions to provoke our thinking and encourage dialogue amongst a range of stakeholders with a focus on effective teaching and learning.
